VP Revenue Enablement and Operations

Came in to overhaul the Enablement function including onboarding, SKO and value messaging and sales methodologies. Took over siloed marketing, sales and customer success operations functions to streamline revenue processes and implement a universal value message across all phases of the customer lifecycle. Implemented a full analytics solution with data warehouse and visualization platform. Drove a consistent operating rhythm build off common metrics.

Senior Director Enablement

Starting as a consultant I built out the enablement function as the company tripled in revenue over 3 years. Implemented a new value based messaging framework and built a team of 6 that also covered customer education. We delivered monthly onboarding and ran annual SKOs and bootcamps.

Consulting

Built a series of operational tools for the Strategy and Ops team to standardize program management across the revenue org. This included role based onboarding tooling, QBR templates that automated data from Salesforce and OKR tooling.

Director Education & Enablement

Started up the training and enablement function at a security startup. This included implementing onboarding programs, ongoing enablement, SKO and bootcamps, and selling instructor led and web-based training to existing customers.

Senior Director Education and Enablement

Started as Director of Enablement Operations for $1B company on a team of 12. Stepped up to take over entire sales and partner enablement and customer training business covering 300+ sellers, 100+ certified partners and with an annual revenue of >$2M in customer training.

Senior Manager Shared Services

Supported the entire sales operations function including building out a $2M+ demo and training environment, running enablement systems including LMS and content management systems, and program management for the entire HP Software Sales Operations function

Senior Manager Infrastructure

Managed the training and enablement infrastructure. Implemented a LMS to support training hundreds of partners through self-paced training and set up program and project management platform to support all professional services engagements.
